*عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ: «أُمِرْنَا بِإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يُزَكِّ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ*

✦ : Abdullah ibn Mas’ud  Radi Allahu Anhu Said We have been commanded to perform Salah and to pay Zakah, so Salah will not be accepted from a person who does not pay Zakah.

✦: Hadith : Lailat Al-qadr is the twenty-seventh night (of Ramadan)

✦: Narrated by Abdullah bin Abbas Radi Allahu Anhu that a person came to the Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam and said I am an old and sick person so its too hard for me to perform Qayam Al Lail  (Staying in the night for the sake of Allah) , kindly single out a night for me (among the last 10 nights of Ramdan) , I hope Allah may  grant me the benifits of the Lailatul Qadr (night of destiny) in that night ,Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam Said Seventh ( It means Perform Qayam in Seventh Night which is 27 night of Ramdan)

✦: Narrated Muawiyah bin Abu Sufyan Radi Allahu Anhu that Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam Said Lailat Al-qadr is the twenty-seventh night (of Ramadan)

✦:  Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alahih Wasallam was shown the lifespans of the people (who had gone) before him, or what Allah willed of that, and it was as if the lives of the people of his community had become too short for them to be able to do as many good actions as others before them had been able to do with their long lives, so Allah gave him Laylat al- Qadr, which is better than a thousand months."

✦ The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was shown the lifespans of the people (who had gone) before him, or what Allah willed of that, and it was as if the lives of the people of his community had become too short for them to be able to do as many good actions as others before them had been able to do with their long lives, so Allah gave him Laylat al- Qadr, which is better than a thousand months.

Hadith: Whoever observed the fast of Ramadan and then followed it with six (fasts) of Shawwal. it would be as if he fasted perpetually.

✦ Abu Ayyub al-Ansari Radi Allahu Anhu reported that prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: He who observed the fast of Ramadan and then followed it with six (fasts) of Shawwal. it would be as if he fasted perpetually.

✦ It was narrated from Thawban radi allahu anhu that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: Whoever fasts six days after the (Eid) Fitr will have completed the year, for whoever does a good deed will have the reward of ten like it.
Sunan Ibn Majah, Book 7,  1715-Sahih

✦ *Note : According scholars It is permitted to fast these six days separately throughout the month, or consecutively, after Eid al-Fitr.*

The Virtue of the last ten nights of Ramadan

✦ Narrated Aisha Radi Allahu Anha With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam used to tighten his waist belt (i.e. work hard) and used to pray all the night, and used to keep his family awake for the prayers

Al Quran: The alms are only for the Fuqara' (the poor), and Al-Masakin (the needy) and those employed to collect (the funds); and to attract the hearts of those who have been inclined (towards Islam); and to free the captives; and for those in debt; and for Allah's Cause, and for the wayfarer (a traveler who is cut off from everything); a duty imposed by Allah. And Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.

✦ Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As Radi Allahu Anhu : A woman came to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) and she was accompanied by her daughter who wore two heavy gold bangles in her hands. He said to her: Do you pay zakat on them? She said: No. He then said: Are you pleased that Allah may put two bangles of fire on your hands? Thereupon she took them off and placed them before the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) saying: They are for Allah and His Apostle peace_be_upon_him

✦ Narrated Abdallah bin Shaddad bin Al Had Radi allahu anhu
We entered upon A’ishah, wife of the Prophet (ﷺ). She said The Apostle of Allaah (ﷺ) entered upon me and saw two silver rings in my hand. He asked What is this, Aishah? I said I have made two ornaments myself for you, Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He asked Do you pay zakat on them? I said No or I said Whatever Allah willed. He said this is sufficient for you (to take you) to the Hell fire.
