قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَفْضَلُ الصِّيَامِ بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ شَهْرُ اللَّهِ الْمُحَرَّمُ،
 وَأَفْضَلُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الْفَرِيضَةِ صَلَاةُ اللَّيْلِ

✦:Rasoolallah Sallallahu-Alaihi-Wasallam ne farmaya Ramzan ke baad tamam rozo me sab se afzal Muharram ke roze hain, jo Allah ka mahina hai, aur farz namaz ke baad sab se afzal namaz tahajjud ki namaz hai

Sahih Muslim : 2755 

✦:Abu Hurairah Radi-Allahu-Anhu se rivayat hai ki ek sahib Rasool-Allah Sallallhu-Alaihi-Wasallam ki khidmat mein hazir hokar arz karney lage ki Ramadhan ke baad sabse ziyada fazilat kaunse rozo ki hai to Aap Sallallahu-Alaihi-Wasallam ne farmaya Allah ka mahina jise tum Muharram kahte ho. 

Sunan Ibn Majah:1742-Sahih

 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا رمضان کے بعد تمام روزوں میں سب سے افضل محرم کے روزے ہیں، جو اللہ کا مہینہ ہے، اور فرض نماز کے بعد سب سے افضل نماز تہجد کی نماز ہے

صحیح مسلم ٢٧٥٥ 

حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے  ایک آدمی نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا اور کہا: رمضان کے روزوں کے بعد سب سے افضل روزہ کون سا ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ کے مہینے کا جسے تم لوگ محرم کہتے ہو  

سنن ابن ماجہ ١٧٤٢- صحیح

✦:रसूल अल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम ने फरमाया रमज़ान के बाद तमाम रोज़ों में सबसे अफ़ज़ल मुहर्रम के रोज़े हैं, जो अल्लाह का महीना है, और फ़र्ज़ नमाज़ के बाद सबसे अफ़ज़ल नमाज़ तहज्जुद की नमाज़ है।

सही मुस्लिम : 2755 

✦:अबू हुरैरा रदी-अल्लाहू-अन्हु से रिवायत है की एक साहिब रसूल अल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम की खिदमत में हाज़िर होकर अर्ज़ करने लगे की रमज़ान के बाद सबसे ज़ियादा फ़ज़ीलत कौनसे रोज़ो की है तो आप सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम ने फरमाया अल्लाह का महीना जिसे तुम मुहर्रम कहते हो. 

सुनन इब्न माजा 1742 - सही

✦: RasoolAllah SallAllahu Alaihi Wasallam Said The most excellent fast after Ramadan is God's month. Al-muharram, and the most excellent prayer after what is prescribed is prayer during the night. 

Sahih Muslim:2611 

✦ It was narrated that Abu Hurairah may Allah be pleased with him said: A man came to the Prophe Peace be upon him and said: Which fasting is best after the month of Ramadan? He Peace be upon him said: The month of Allah which is called Muharram.

Hadith: who observes fast for a day Allah would remove his face farther from the Hell Fire to the extent of seventy years' distance

*قَالَ رَسُولَ اللهِ  صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم  مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَصُومُ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ بِذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ وَجْهَهُ عَنِ النَّارِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا*

✦ Abu Sa'id al Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam as saying: Every servant of Allah who observes fast for a day in the way of Allah, Allah would remove, because of this day, his face farther from the Fire (of Hell) to the extent of seventy years' distance.

*ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ*

ZahabAzzamaau wa Abtallatilurooq,
wa sabat-alajru, In sha Allah

 Translation: Thirst has gone, the arteries are moist, and the reward is sure, if Allah wills.

Sunan Abu Dawud 2357-Hasan

Whoever fasts one day seeking the Face of Allaah and that was his final action, will enter Paradise. Whoever gives charity seeking the Face of Allaah and that was his final action will enter Paradise.

✦ Uthman b. Hakim al-Ansari Radi allahu anhu said I asked Sa'id b. Jubair radi allahu amhu about fasting In Rajab, and we were then passing through the month of Rajab, whereupon he said: I heard Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with both of them) as saying: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to observe fast (so continuously in Rajab ) that we (were inclined) to say that he would not break (them) and did not observe them so conti- nuously) that we (were inclined to say) that he would not observe fast.

(Allah says about the fasting person), 'He has left his food, drink and desires for My sake. The fast is for Me. So I will reward (the fasting person) for it and the reward of good deeds is multiplied ten times."

After their entry the gate will be closed and nobody will enter through it."

Umm Aayesha Radhi allahu anhu reports Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam (often) gave importance to the fasting on Mondays and Thursdays

Abu Hurairah Radiallahu anhu reports Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam said: Deeds are presented (in front of Allah subhanahu on Mondays and Thursdays. I desire that my deeds be presented whilst I am fasting.
