✦ RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said Whoever is focused only on this world, Allah will confound his affairs and make him fear poverty constantly, and he will not get anything of this world except that which has been decreed for him. Whoever is focused on the Hereafter, Allah will settle his affairs for him and make him feel content with his lost, and his provision and worldly gains will undoubtedly come to him.

✦ Uthman bin Abu al-As reported that he came to Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and said Ya Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam,  the Satan intervenes between me and my prayer and my reciting of the Qur'an and he makes me confuse Thereupon Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam said That is (the doing of a) Shaitan (devil) who is known as Khinzab, and when you perceive its effect, seek refuge with Allah from it and spit three times to your left. I did that and Allah dispelled that from me.

✦  1. Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alahih Wasallam would say the takbir (Allahu Akbar) seven times in the first rakah and five times the second rakah on the day of the breaking of the fast (Eid Al fitr) and on the day of sacrifice (Eid Al Adha)

2. First of all do intention by heart for Eid prayer and say First Takbir - Allahu Akbar and Recite Sana
سُبْحَانَكَ اللهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَتَعَالٰی جَدُّكَ وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرَكَ
Subhanaka Allahumma Wa bi hamdika, 
Wa tabarakas-muka, wa taala jadduka, wa la ilaha gairuka.

✦ 3. After that say remaining 6 takbir and during each takbir raise your hand and leave or place on chest (both are correct)
Allahu Akbar...

Note : Some scholar says Takbir tehrima (opening takbir of salah) will not be counted in this six takbirat  so you need to say 7 takbirat here - Allah knows best)

✦ 4. Now place your hand on chest and say  AuzubillahiMinashshaitanirrajeem Bismillahirrhamanirrahim and recite Surah fatiha aur and any one surah

✦5. Perform Ruku and two Sujud (prostration) After saying Allahu Akbar just stand up for second rakah

✦ 6. Now say 5 takbir again 
Allahu Akbar... 
Allahu Akbar...
Allahu Akbar...

Allahu Akbar...
Allahu Akbar..

and during each takbir raise your hand and leave or place on chest (both are correct)

✦7. After 5th takbir place your hand on chest and recite Surah fatiha and any surah then Perform Ruku and two Sujud (Prostration) as usual

✦ 8. After that same like other prayers Recite Attahiyat , Durud ibrhaim , Dua and say salam.

*Note : There is no seremon (khutaba) for the one who perfome eid prayer at home and you can prayer eid prayer alone or with jamah also*

Take five or seven seeds and crush them (mix the powder with oil) and drop the resulting mixture into both nostrils, for `Aisha has narrated to me that she heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, 'This black cumin is healing for all diseases except As-Sam.' Aisha said, 'What is As-Sam?' He said, Death.
