✦ It was narrated from Sinan Al-Aslami Radi allahu anhu that RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said A grateful eater ( the one who praise Allah after eating) will have a reward like that of a fasting person who have patience.

✦ All praise is due to Allah who saved me from that which He has afflicted you with, and blessed me greatly over many of those whom He has created.

✦ Explanation : By this hadith we have come to know that anything which is not done or approved by Prophet ﷺ or his guided companion then it will be rejected even though its good practice.

✦ It was narrated that Jabir bin Abdullah Radhi allahu anhu said:In his Khutbah the Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam used to praise Allah as He deserves to be praised, then he would say: 'Whomsoever Allah subhanahu guides, none can lead him astray, and whomsoever Allah subhanahu sends astray, none can guide. The truest of word is the Book of Allah and best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam . The worst of things are those that are newly invented (in religion) ; every newly-invented thing is an innovation and every innovation is going astray, and every going astray is in the Fire.

Whenever the fire-flame went up, the people were lifted up to such an extent that they about to get out of it, and whenever the fire got quieter, the people went down into it, and there were naked men and women in it.I said to them (i.e. my two companions), 'You have made me ramble all the night. Tell me all about that I have seen.' They said, 'Yes. As for the one  you saw in the hole (like oven) were adulterers (those men and women who commit illegal sexual intercourse)

Narrated Ibn Abbas Radi-Allahu-Anhu  The Prophet Peace be upon him  used to invoke ALLAH at night, saying, 

اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ قَيِّمُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ، لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ نُورُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، قَوْلُكَ الْحَقُّ، وَوَعْدُكَ الْحَقُّ، وَلِقَاؤُكَ حَقٌّ، وَالْجَنَّةُ حَقٌّ، وَالنَّارُ حَقٌّ، وَالسَّاعَةُ حَقٌّ، اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ، وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْتُ، وَبِكَ خَاصَمْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ حَاكَمْتُ، فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَأَسْرَرْتُ وَأَعْلَنْتُ، أَنْتَ إِلَهِي لاَ إِلَهَ لِي غَيْرُكَ

"O ALLAH: All the Praises are for You: You are the Lord of the Heavens and the Earth. All the Praises are for You; You are the Maintainer of the Heaven and the Earth and whatever is in them. All the Praises are for You; You are the Light of the Heavens and the Earth. Your Word is the Truth, and Your Promise is the Truth, and the Meeting with You is the Truth, and Paradise is the Truth, and the (Hell) Fire is the Truth, and the Hour is the Truth. O ALLAH! I surrender myself to You, and I believe in You and I depend upon You, and I repent to You and with You (Your evidences) I stand against my opponents, and to you I leave the judgment (for those who refuse my message). O ALLAH! Forgive me my sins that I did in the past or will do in the future, and also the sins I did in secret or in public. You are my only God (Whom I worship) and there is no other God for me

اللَّهُمَّ مَا أمسى بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ ، أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ ، فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لا شَرِيكَ لَكَ ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَلَكَ الشُّكْرُ

Allahumma Ma Amsa bi min ni’matin Aw bi-ahadin min khalqika fa minka

wahdaka la shareeka laka ,Falakal-Hamd, walakash-shukr

Abdullah Radi Allahu anhu reported that when it was Evening Rasool-Allah ﷺ used to supplicate like this

أَمْسَيْنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ،

لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

رَبِّ أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ مَا فِي هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ  وَخَيْرَ مَا بَعْدَهُ

وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِي هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ  وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهُ

رَبِّ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ، وَسُوءِ الْكِبَرِ

رَبِّ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ فِيْ النَّارِ وَعَذَابٍ فِيْ الْقَبْرِ

Amsayna wa Amsahal-mulku Lillah, Wal-hamdullilah, 

wa la ilaha illallah, wahdahu la sharika lahu

Lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu,
wa huwa `ala kulli shai'in qadir. 

Rabbi Asa'luka khaira ma fi hadhihil-Laila,
wa khaira ma ba`daha, 

wa Audhubika min sharri hadhihil-Laila,
wa sharri ma ba`daha, 

wa a`udhu bika minal-kasali wa sueel-kibar, 

wa a`udhu bika min Adhabin-naar, wa Adhabil-qabr

✦ We have entered upon Evening and  the whole Kingdom of Allah has entered upon Evening, All praise are for Allah. 

There is no Lord except Allah , Alone, with no partner, 

to Him belongs the dominion, and to Him is all the praise,

and He has  power over all things.

✦ My Lord,  I ask You, for the good of this night,
and the good of what is after it, 

and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this night
and the evil of what is after it, 

and I seek refuge in You from laziness and helpless old age. 

And I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the hell-Fire 

and from the punishment of the grave.

✦ It was narrated from Aishah Radi Allahu Anha that :The Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam taught her this supplication

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا سَأَلَكَ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ

وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَاذَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ

Allahumma inni As'aluka Min khayri, Ma Sa'alaka Abduka Wa Nabiyyuka, 

Wa A'uzubika Min Sharri, Ma  'Aaza bihi Abduka Wa Nabiyyuka

✦ O Allah, I ask You for the good that Your slave and Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam has asked You for, 

and I seek refuge with You from the evil from which Your slave and Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam asked refuge.

Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us.

✦ Al Quran : Say: "Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us. He is our Maula (Lord, Helper and Protector)." And in Allah let the believers put their trust.

Surah At-Tawbah (9), Verse 51

✦ Narrated Abu Hurairah may ALLAH be pleased with him RasoolAllah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam said The strong believer is better and more beloved to ALLAH than the weak believer, although both are good. Strive for that which will benefit you, seek the help of ALLAH, and do not feel helpless. 

If anything befalls you, do not say, If only I had done such and such.” Rather say,

*قَدَّرَ اللَّهُ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ*

*Qaddar-Allahu wa Ma-Sha-aa fa'aala* 

ALLAH has decreed and whatever He wills, He does. 

because (saying) "IF.."' opens (the door) to the deeds of Shaitan

إِذْ يَتَلَقَّى الْمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ الشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌ

مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ

✦ Al Quran : And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). (Remember) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions). Not a word does he (or she) utter but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it).

Narrated by Zuhair Radi Allahu anhu that malika bint umar recommended the cow's ghee for a disease and said 

RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam said about the cow: Its milk is a cure, its ghee is a treatment and its meat is a disease.

Al-Silsila-tus-Sahiha Hadees # 2293

✦Explaination : The scholars have reconciled between this hadith and the hadith of his sacrificing the cow for his wives, by stating the intention behind the prohibition of cow’s meat is only referring to consuming large quantities of it. As for eating it sometimes; there is no problem or any harm in this. And it is 

without any doubt permissible; because the intent behind the prohibition of beef is to consume large quantities of it; and to use beef as a replacement for the meat of sheep, goats and camels. This is the answer of the scholars.

O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me and heal me and guide me and provide (Rizq) for me.

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) one day said: Do you know where the sun goes? They replied: Allah and His Apostle know best. He (the Holy Prophet) observed: Verily it (the sun) glides till it reaches its resting place under the Throne. Then it falls prostrate and remains there until it is asked: Rise up and go to the place whence you came, and it goes back and continues emerging out from its rising place and then glides till it reaches its place of rest under the Throne and fallsprostrate and remains in that state until it is asked: Rise up and return to the place whence you came, and it returns and emerges out from it rising place and the it glides (in such a normal way) that the people do not discern anything ( unusual in it) till it reaches its resting place under the Throne. Then it would be said to it: Rise up and emerge out from the place of your setting, and it will rise from the place of its setting. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said. Do you know when it would happen? It would happen at the time when faith will not benefit one who has not previously believed or has derived no good from the faith.

رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا 
'Radaitu billahi Rabban wa bil-Islami dinan wa bi Muhammadin nabiyyan (I am content with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion and Muhammad as Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam my Prophet) he will have a promise from Allah to make him pleased on the Day of Resurrection."

وَاذْكُرْ عَبْدَنَا أَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الشَّيْطَانُ بِنُصْبٍ وَعَذَابٍ
ارْكُضْ بِرِجْلِكَ ۖ هَـٰذَا مُغْتَسَلٌ بَارِدٌ وَشَرَابٌ

And remember Our slave Ayyub (Job), when he invoked his Lord (saying): "Verily Shaitan (Satan) has touched me with distress (by ruining my health) and torment (by ruining my wealth)!
(Allah said to him): "Strike the ground with your foot: This is (a spring of) water to wash in, cool and a (refreshing) drink."
