Dua to recite in distress or trouble or calamities
 -------------------------
Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said to me: May I not teach you phrases which you say in distress? (These are:)

*اللَّهُ  اللَّهُ رَبِّي لَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئَاً*
Allahu Allahu Rabbi La ushrika behi shayaa 

(Allah , Allah is my Lord, I do not associate anything as partner with Him.) 
Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 8, 1520-Sahih

Whenever a matter would distress , the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam would say:

*يَا حَىُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ* 
Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, Bi-Raḥmatika Astagith

Oh Alive and everlasting one , I beseech You by your mercy.

RasoolAllah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam  said anybody recite in any distress, difficulties or calamities it  will be removed  it is the dua of Dhun-Nun (Yunus Alaihi salam)

*لَّا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ*
La ilaha illa Anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimeen

(None has the right to be worshipped but You , Glorified  be You ! Truly, I have been of the wrong-doers.)

 Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam used to supplicate during the time of trouble (with these words):

*لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ *
*لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ *
*لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَرَبُّ الأَرْضِ*
*وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ‏‏*

✦ La ilaha illAllahul Azimul-Haleem, 
✦ La ilaha illAllahul Rabbul Arsh-Al-Azeem 
✦ La ilaha illAllahu Rabbus-Samawati Wa Rabbul Ard 
✦ Wa Rabbul Arsh-il-kareem

✦ There is no god but Allah, the Great, The Tolerant, 
✦ There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the Magnificent Throne ✦ There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the Heaven and the earth, ✦ The Lord of the Edifying Throne.
