Al Quran : They ask you concerning alcoholic drink and gambling

Al Quran : They ask you concerning alcoholic drink and gambling. Say: In them is a great sin, and (some) benefit for men, but the sin of them is greater than their benefit.
Al Quran, Al-Baqara (2), Verse 219

Narrated  Aisha Radi Allahu Anha:
ALLAH's Apostle Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said,
"All drinks that intoxicate are unlawful (to drink)."

Narrated Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu Allah's Messenger Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said
whoever says to his companion. Come along, let us gamble must give alms (as an expiation).
