✦ Dua Before eating - Bismillah

✦ Narrated Umar bin Abi Salmah Radi Allahu Anhu that he entered upon the Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam while he has some food. He said: "Sit down O my son! Mention Allah's Name and eat with your right hand, and eat what is nearest to you."

✦ Narrated from Aishah Radi Allahu Anha that the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said: When one of you eats food, then let him say:
Bismillah.
If he forgets in the beginning, then let him say:
Bismillah Fi Awwalihi Wa Aakhirihi (In the Name of Allah in its beginning and its end.)"

✦ Narrated Wahshi ibn Harb radi allahu anhu : The Companions of the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said: Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam we eat but we are not satisfied. He said: Perhaps you eat separately. They replied: Yes. He Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said: If you gather together at your food and mention Allah's name, you will be blessed in it.
