✦ It was narrated from Hudhaifah bin Yaman that the Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said There will be callers at the gates of Hell, whoever responds to them they throw them into it. I said: O Messenger of Allah, describe them to us. He said: They will be from our people, speaking our language. (Arabic) I said: What do you command me to do, if I live to see that? He said: hold to the main body of the Muslims and their imam. If there is no such body and no imam , then withdraw from all their groups, even if you bite onto the trunk of a tree until death finds you in that state.
Sunan ibn Majah, Book 36, 3979-Sahih

✦ It was narrated that Arfajah bin Shuraih Radi Allahu Anhu he said: "I saw the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam on the Minbar addressing the people. He Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: After me there will be many calamities and much evil behavior. Whoever you see splitting away from the Jamaah (The main body) or trying to create division among the Ummah of Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam , then kill him, for the Hand (support) of ALLAh is with the Jamaah, and the Shaitan is with the one who splits away from the Ummah, running with him.
Sunan Nasaii, Vol 5, 4025 - Sahih

✦ It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said:
One who defected from obedience and separated from the main body of the Muslims - if he died in that state-would die thedeath of one belonging to the days of Jahiliyya.
Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith 4557

✦ It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: The Children of Israel split into seventy-one sects, and my nation will split into seventy-two, all of which will be in Hell apart from one, which is Al Jamaat (The main body)
Sunan ibn Majah, Book 36, 3993-Sahih

✦ And hold fast, all of you together, to the rope of ALLAH Quran), and be not divided among yourselves.
Surah Aal-e-Imran (3), 103

✦ (And remain always) turning in repentance to Him (only), and be afraid and dutiful to Him; and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and be not of Al-Mushrikun (and be not of) Of those who split up their religion and became sects, each sect rejoicing in that which is with it.
Surah Ar-Room (30), 31-32

✦ Verily, those who divide their religion and break up into sects , you have no concern in them in the least. Their affair is only with ALLAH, Who then will tell them what they used to do.
Surah Al Anaam (6) , 159

إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَىٰ لَكُمُ الدِّينَ فَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنتُم مُّسْلِمُونَ
Indeed Allah has chosen for you this religion, so do not die except while you are Muslims."
Al Quran , Surah Al-baqara (2), 132

رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Our Lord, pour upon us patience and let us die as Muslims."
Surah Al-Araf (7) verse 126

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنتُم مُّسْلِمُونَ
O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].
Surah Aal-e-imran (3) , 102

فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنتَ وَلِيِّي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ
Oh Creator of the heavens and earth, You are my protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die a Muslim and join me with the righteous.
Surah Yusuf (12) , 101
