✦ Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud radi Allahu Anhu The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Taking omens (superstition) is polytheism; taking omens is polytheism. He said it three times. Anyone of us may think he sees an omen, but Allah removes it by trust (in Him).
Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 29, 3901-Sahih


✦ Narrated Ibn Abbas Radhi Allahu Anhu: ALLAH's Apostle Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said, Seventy thousand people of my followers will enter Paradise without accounts, and they are those who do not practice (Evil) Ruqya and do not see an evil omen in things, and put their trust in their Lord.
