Al Quran : So Lut believed in him. He (Ibrahim Alaihi salam) said: "I will emigrate for the sake of my Lord Verily, He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. "
Surah Ankaboot (29) Verse 26

Al Quran : We (Allah) said: "O fire! Be you coolness and safety for Ibrahim (Abraham)!" And they wanted to harm him, but We made them the worst losers.And We rescued him and Lut (Lot) to the land which We have blessed for the 'Alamin (mankind and jinn)
Surah Anbiya, Verse 69-71

Tafseer: Then Allah mentions Lut, whose full name was Lut bin Haran bin Azar. He believed in Ibrahim and followed him, and migrated with him towards sham , Its beleived that Lut alaihi salam stayed there. Ibn Abbas said that migration was finished in makka at the end.
