Quranic Dua to ask Mercy for the parents

رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
"My Lord! Bestow on them ( parents) Your Mercy as they did bring me up when I was young."
Surah Al-Isra (17), Verse 23-24
