سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ وَ بِحَمْدِهِ ، سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahil-azeem
C.
يَا حَىُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ
Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, Bi-Raḥmatika Astagith
D.
لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ
La hawla wa la Quwwata illa billah
E.
اللَّهُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي لاَ أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا
Allahu, Allahu Rabbi La ushrika behi shayaa

✦ Ibn 'Abbas Radi allaho anho reported that Allah's Apostle Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam used to supplicate during the time of trouble
(in these words):"
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَرَبُّ الأَرْضِ وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ
There is no god but Allah, the Great, the Tolerant,
There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the Magnificent Throne
There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the Heaven and the earth, the Lord of the Edifying Throne.

✦ Anas bin Malik radi allahu anhu said Whenever a matter would distress him, the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam would say:
يَا حَىُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ
Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, Bi-Raḥmatika Astagith
Oh Alive and everlasting one , I beseech You by your mercy.
Jamia Tirmizi, Book 45, 3524-Hasan
Narrated Asma daughter of Umays Radi Allahu Anhu The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said to me:
May I not teach you phrases which you utter in distress? (These are:)
اللَّهُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي لاَ أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا
Allahu Allahu Rabbi La ushrika behi shayaa
(Allah , Allah is my Lord, I do not associate anything as partner with Him.)
