Narrated Al-Bara': The bowing, the prostrations, the period of standing after bowing and the interval between the two prostrations of the Prophet used to be equal in duration .
{Sahih Bukhari, Book #12, Hadith #766}

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas radi allaho anhuma: The Prophet peace beupon him used to say between the two prostrations ( Suzud)
Allahumma Aghfirli, wa Arhamni , wa Aafini, Wa Ahdini, wa Arzuqni
اللهم أغفر لي وارحمني وعافني واهدني وارزقني
: O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me and heal me and guide me and provide (Rizq) for me.
